You can easily reuse the shipping bag in which you receive the item, and we will save on the resources there! Send your order back no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you have regretted your purchase. The return is for your own expense and to get the full return amount back for the item, you are responsible for the item being in original condition.

We encourage you to save a receipt from the freight forwarder and possibly track / trace number, as you bear the risk of the item on a return. If the item disappears or is damaged during the return shipment to the mumutane, you are liable for it.

Please note that we do not accept packages sent by post. cash on delivery, package without delivery or similar.


If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund payments received from you apart from delivery costs as soon as possible and no later than 7 working days from the date we received your returned item. For refunds, we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have agreed otherwise.


If you have regretted your purchase, we will of course also be happy to exchange for another item. However, as we have a limited stock, we cannot guarantee that we have the desired item in stock. Also keep in mind that all products are unique, and therefore there may be variation in prints and products.


Your purchase from mumutane is covered by the Purchase Act, whereby you have a 24 month right to make a complaint. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money back, or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

The complaint must be justified and the defect must not have arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior. Once you have discovered the defect in the item, you must complain as soon as possible and within a 'reasonable time'. Complaints within 2 months after the error is discovered are approved.

The item must always be sent back in proper packaging and remember to get a receipt for the shipment, as you are responsible for the complaint package until we have received it. In a complaint case, we reimburse your reasonable shipping costs, therefore the receipt must also be saved for this.
